Plutôt bien mais à voir dans le temps.
Produit basique qui protège assez bien des mouches, un peu moins bien des moustiques et mal des araignées. La protection n'est pas suffisamment hermétique en bas et au raccord aimanté entre les deux parties. A améliorer.
Facile à poser facile à enlever mais attention de ne pas tendre trop sinon la fermeture se fera mal.
Le produit est en cours d'installation, mais ma note est liée au délais de livraison qui est beaucoup trop long long (1 mois) 😞... il ne fait pas être pressé ni qui les moustiques soient trop agressif ! Merci au réchauffement climatique. Je ne remercie pas moutiquout qui n'ont rien proposé en dédommagement de ce délais de livraison....

Je suis très déçue par le service APRES VENTE qui ne répond plus aux mails lorsque la livraison est effectuée. Lorsque j'ai reçu ma commande, j'ai envoyé un message précisant que je ne souhaitais conserver qu'une seule moustiquaire sur les trois commandées car l'effet visuel ne me satisfaisait pas pour la façade où se trouve les deux fenêtres concernées. Je demandais donc confirmation de l'adresse de réexpédition et le délai à prévoir pour un remboursement. JE N'AI EU AUCUNE REPONSE.

Moustiquaires très facile à installer. Le principe avec les aimants fonctionne très bien même lors que la moustiquaire est plus large que l’ouverture ( largeur 2m pour une porte fenêtre de 1,80m). Installée depuis une semaine et l’on apprécie de ne plus avoir de moustiques, mouches et guêpes.
Folklorique !! Retard d'un mois sur la livraison ; réexpédition... depuis la Chine. Puis le colis est officiellement "livré dans la boite aux lettres", alors qu'il n'y figure pas ! Le suivi du colis indique la livraison bloquée et contre toute attente, nous le recevons une semaine plus tard... avec un autre numéro de suivi ! Le produit en lui-même est plutôt de bonne qualité (aimants puissants) MAIS il manquait des pièces dans 2 sachets sur 3, et certains aimants étaient démagnétisés et ne fonctionnaient pas.
Pour une commande passée le 28/05/2026, Livraison partielle Envoi #1 le 20/06/2026 des produits sur mesure, Suite à ma relance du même jour, Un nouvel envoi des produits standards Envoi #2 a été réalisé et reçu le 30/06/2026....et j'ai apprécié la réactivité. Déçu par la qualité dimensionnelle, De plus j'ai privilégié un site français qui finalement importe des produits fabriqués en Chine.... Le suivi de livraison est trop vague, Sur le site de CAINIAO, les informations sont beaucoup plus précises, avec les numéros de suivi fournis.... Cordialement.

Je vous ai fait un mail de réclamation sans avoir de retour de votre part, les moustiquières ne correspondent pas aux photos de votre site. J'ai donc demandé un retour avec remboursement de votre part. La taille et l'aspec ne sont pas conforme aux photos de votre site
