How customer reviews are collected and published

Who can leave a review

After each order, the buyer receives an email invitation to leave a review, sent by the provider Loox. These reviews are marked as a verified purchase. Since 26 October 2026, it is no longer possible to leave a review directly on the website. Buyers who use the Shop app can also leave a review there, under that app's terms; it is displayed on the website with the others.

No checks before publication

Reviews are neither checked nor selected before they are published. They are published automatically as soon as they are submitted, whatever their rating.

Order of display

By default, reviews are shown from newest to oldest. You can also sort them by highest or lowest rating. You can also choose the « Featured » order: first the reviews we highlight, up to ten per product, then those with a photo or video, then the others, these two groups being sorted from newest to oldest. Each review shows the date it was submitted.

Incentives

No incentive is given in exchange for a review. From 13 May 2021 to 10 October 2024, customers who added a photo or video to their review received a discount on a future purchase, whatever their rating. Those reviews carry the label « Récompensé » (rewarded).

Removal of a review

A published review can only be removed if it contains insulting or harassing remarks, personal contact details or data about a third party, advertising or unlawful content, content unrelated to the product or the order, or if it is a duplicate. Its author is informed by email, with the reason.

How long reviews are kept

Published reviews stay online with no time limit.
